Roofing & Water Restoration

Three things, done well, for East Texas homes and businesses. Residential roofing, commercial roofing, and full-cycle water damage restoration.

Residential Roofing

Roofing for East Texas Homes

From a few missing shingles to a full tear-off and replacement, we keep East Texas roofs sound. Everything on the roofline and the walls around it.

Full Roof Replacement

When a roof is past patching, we tear off the old, check the decking underneath, and lay a new system built to hold up to Texas heat and storms.

  • Complete tear-off and haul away
  • Decking checked before new material goes down
  • Asphalt shingle systems

Roof Repair

Leaks, missing shingles, flashing that has given up. We track down where water is getting in and fix the cause, not just the stain on the ceiling.

  • Leak tracing and repair
  • Shingle and flashing replacement

Storm Damage Repair

Wind and hail are hard on East Texas roofs. We look the roof over, document what the storm did, and put it back right. More on how we handle this below.

  • Wind and hail damage repair
  • Thorough written documentation with photos
  • We can meet your adjuster on site

Gutters & Downspouts

A good roof still needs somewhere for the water to go. We install and replace gutters and downspouts that move water off the roof and away from the house.

  • Gutter and downspout installation
  • Replacement of old or sagging runs
  • Water routed away from the foundation

Siding

The roof and the walls work together to keep weather out. We install and replace siding so the whole exterior seals up and looks sharp.

  • Siding installation and replacement
  • Weather-tight exterior
  • Clean, finished look

Skylights

Skylights bring in daylight, but they are also a common leak point when they are set wrong. We install and replace them so they let the light in and keep the water out.

  • Skylight installation and replacement
  • Proper flashing and sealing
  • Daylight without the leaks

After the Storm, We Document It Right

When a storm hits your roof, the first job is figuring out what it actually did. We go over the roof, photograph the damage, and put together a detailed written scope. If you file a claim, that documentation is what your carrier needs, and we can meet your adjuster on site so everyone is looking at the same roof.

We work with all insurance carriers. What we do not do is step into the middle of your claim, because in Texas a roofer cannot act as your insurance adjuster on a roof it is also hired to repair. We handle the roof and the paperwork that documents it. The claim itself stays between you and your carrier, which is exactly where it should be.

Commercial Roofing

Commercial Work, Taken Case by Case

We take commercial roofing on a per-project basis. Around here, metal is by far the most common commercial roof, and it is the system we work with most on commercial buildings. It holds up to East Texas weather, sheds water well, and lasts.

Commercial jobs are all a little different, so we handle them one at a time instead of pretending every building fits the same template. Tell us what you have, what it is doing, and what you need, and we will give you a straight answer about whether we are the right crew for it.

Call and Describe the Building
How We Approach It

Straight Answers, Building by Building

No pressure and no overselling. Here is how a commercial conversation goes with us.

01

Call and Describe It

Tell us the type of building, the roof it has now, and what is going on with it. A few photos help if you have them.

02

We Take a Look

If it is a fit, we come see the building in person. If it is not the right job for us, we will tell you that too.

03

Written Scope

You get the scope and the price in writing, based on the actual building, not a guess over the phone.

04

Do the Work

We schedule it, do the work, and leave the site clean when we pull out.

Water Mitigation & Restoration

We Do the Whole Cycle, Not Half of It

Here is what usually happens after water damage. A mitigation company comes out, sets up fans, dries the structure, and leaves. Now you have a dry room with the drywall cut out, no insulation, and studs showing. To finish it, you go find a second contractor, get a second bid, and wait on a second schedule.

Pine Ridge does both halves. We dry the structure and we rebuild it, right through the final coat of paint. That means one company accountable for the whole job, one number to call, and a room that is actually finished when we are done, not just dry.

Our Process

Five Steps, One Company

This is exactly how we work a water damage job, in order, from the first reading to the last coat of paint.

1

Moisture Detection & Readings

Before anything comes out, we find out how far the water went. We take moisture readings so we know exactly what is wet and what is not, instead of guessing and tearing out more than we need to.

2

Remove Water Damaged Drywall & Insulation

We remove all of the water damaged drywall and insulation. Wet material has to go so the structure can dry properly and so the rebuild starts from clean, sound framing.

3

Structural Drying

With the wet material out, we dry the structure down with professional equipment. We keep drying until the readings say it is actually dry, not just dry to the touch.

4

Replace Insulation & Drywall

Now we put it back together. New insulation, new drywall, taped and finished, so the room is rebuilt to where it was before the water got in.

5

Paint

The last step is paint. We finish the walls so the room looks done, not patched. When we leave, you have a finished space, not a project someone else still has to close out.
